Job Description

The Relationship Specialist role is to proactively engage relevant stakeholders throughout the research journey to enable the stakeholders to capture the value of KAPSARC research. He/she will be responsible to activate national & international partnerships while managing the active collaborations/engagements by working closely with the stakeholder team & KAPSARC researchers.

Required qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, communications, marketing, management, or related field.

Experience

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Aptitude for fostering positive relationships

  • Attention to details.
  • Fluent English and Arabic languages.
  • Working knowledge with CRM tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Nurture Existing Partnerships.
  • Perform stakeholder analysis and maintain an active stakeholder map.
  • Liaise with Program Directors and lead researcher to proactively engage relevant stakeholders throughout the research journey to enable the stakeholder to capture the value of KAPSARC research
  • Advance efforts to Identifying opportunities for expanding partnerships, including conducting research, tracking relevant news, and staying aware and updated.
  • Liaise on participation of researchers with internal and external meetings and events.
  • Liaise with the workshop team to engage relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain a database on partnerships, agreements, and stakeholder’s involvement with the research team.
  • Present periodic reports to the SMO leadership.
  • Assist the SMO with any tasks as requested.
