أنفيتا مهندسة معمارية ومخطّط نقل. قبل انضمامها إلى كابسارك في فبراير 2018، كانت المدير الإداري والرئيس التنفيذي لشركة (Innovative Transport Solutions (iTrans، وهي شركة حاضنة للمعهد الهندي للتكنولوجيا في دلهي، حيث قادت أكثر من 40 مشروع بحث وتخطيط تطبيقي لمدة 10 سنوات للعملاء على مستوى السلطات في المدينة والدولة وعلى مستوى وكالات التمويل بما في ذلك برنامج الأمم المتحدة للبيئة والبنك الدولي وبنك التنمية الآسيوي ووزارة التنمية الدولية. كان المحور الأساسي للعمل هو دعم المدن لتصبح مستدامًة وشاملة وذات مرونة في المناخ. كما كانت الممثلة المقيمة للهند في برنامج شراكة الدراجات في هولندا لمدة أربع سنوات.
تقوم أنفيتا بتدريس تخطيط النقل في قسم التصميم العمراني التابع لكلية التخطيط والهندسة المعمارية في دلهي على مدى 12 عامًا مضت، وكانت عضو هيئة تدريس زائر في جامعة تيري في دلهي. وكانت أيضًا مشاركة في برنامج أبحاث النقل والوقاية من الإصابات في المعهد الهندي للتكنولوجيا في دلهي -مركز التميز التابع لمؤسسة فولفو للأبحاث التعليمية- منذ ما يقارب 12 عامًا.
