Many policymakers now see low-carbon hydrogen as a strong contender in the attempt to reach climate neutrality goals. While predictability of hydrogen demand is a crucial prerequisite to reducing investment risks, creating a hydrogen economy also requires action on several other fronts as well. This workshop will discuss potential policy and regulatory tools as well as knowledge from other sectors to identify an appropriate market design for the hydrogen economy.
