KAPSARC’s latest workshop held in Washington, U.S. on May 2 discussed the development and application of an open source platform − the KAPSARC Toolkit for Behavioral Analysis (KTAB).
The Center has developed KTAB to meet the need for widely available, supported and open source software that facilitates the modeling and analysis of collective decision-making processes (CDMPs) in which a group of individual actors interacts to arrive at a single decision. In both general and technical parlance, CDMPs may be termed bargaining or negotiating.
The software libraries and source code for KTAB are released as open source under the MIT license and available at https://www.kapsarc.org/openkapsarc/
