Job Description

The FM Manager for Contract and Finance is responsible for the financial strategy of the FM department, with overall control over contract administration, finance monitoring, and procurement process as relevant to contract obligations and payment mechanism.

Required qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (involving Contract Management, Finance and Procurement)
  • Progressive experience in a similar role
  • Excellent command of the English language (spoken/written)
  • Workable knowledge of the Arabic language
  • Workable knowledge in SAP/ERP System is an advantage

  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and able to handle last minute changes

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Monitor contractual obligations of the Facility Contractor(s) and recommend action as appropriate
  • Review all financial performance indicator results and recommend approval by Director
  • Review and recommend approval of all FM budgets
  • Conduct analysis of financial results and recommend action on a monthly basis
  • Monitor expenditures, variance analysis and reconciliations
  • Ensure that the FM Contractor(s) is delivering as per agreed upon specifications
  • Monitor the procurement process and ensures that all activities are conducted as per the policies and procedures
  • Prepare the annual FM Budget and capital expenditure and recommend approval by Director
  • Other duties within the scope, spirit, and purpose of the job, as requested by FM management
