Waddah is a Strategy Consultant with 15 years of professional experience in the downstream oil and gas industry. With a focus on refining and petrochemical processes and technologies that enhance process flexibility and reliability, he has worked with more than 30 refineries and petrochemical companies worldwide. Prior to joining KAPSARC, Waddah served as a Senior Associate at McKinsey & Company, a Senior Commercial Account Manager with ART Hydroprocessing, and a Technical Sales Manager at Topsoe. He began his career as a Process Engineer with GPIC, a SABIC affiliate. Waddah has engaged with all levels of the organizations he has supported – from C-suite to operations, maintenance, and R&D. He has also been an active participant in several regional industry conferences, serving as a technical committee member for multiple events.
