This is the fifth in a series of workshops aimed to inform research into strategies that may be deployed by both oil importers and exporters through the transition to a low carbon energy mix. Previous workshops have been held in collaboration with the International Energy Forum (IEF) and the Clingendael International Energy Programme (CIEP) in Riyadh and The Hague.
