All abstracts must include the following sections and be submitted in PDF format.
- Summary of Research
- Conclusions
- Methodology
- References
(if appropriate) - Results and Findings
When submitting the abstract, authors must select one IAEE Energy Specialization Code that is most appropriate for their paper.
Abstracts should be submitted online "Submit Here".
Authors will be notified on a rolling basis, but no later than October 15, 2026, of the status of their abstract submission. The conference will be in-person only without any online participation.
The Call for Papers for the conference officially closed on October 10, 2026, after a one-week extension.
Due to the overwhelming response, no additional abstracts can be accepted for consideration.
