Artem Malov has joined the KAPSARC research team. Artem’s initial research focus will include working on the East Africa energy development and local content. Prior to joining KAPSARC, Artem had a wide range of experience in the oil consulting sector, assisted vice president of Rosneft in capital construction projects and worked as an expert in IHS Global Energy. Artem obtained his MSc in reservoir engineering from Samara State Technical University, Russia.
