Paper launched in Chatham House collaboration

Chatham House has launched a new publication, which is co-authored by KAPSARC Research Fellow Roger Tissot.

A Local Content Decision Tree for Emerging Producers seeks to present policymakers of emerging producer countries with a structured framework for considering the multiple factors that come into play in the development of a local content policy. The paper is part of the New Petroleum Producers Project – a collaboration that aims to enhance the capacity of emerging oil and gas producers to establish context-appropriate rules and institutions for good governance of their petroleum sectors and to engage credibly with international partners.
