Tetsuo Morikawa is an executive researcher and a manager of the Oil Group at the Institute of Energy Economics, Japan (IEEJ). Since joining IEEJ in 2002, he has worked mainly on oil and gas markets and industries as part of numerous research projects. He holds an M.A. in energy business from University of Sheffield, and a Ph.D. from the Centre for Energy, Petroleum and Mineral Law and Policy, University of Dundee.
