He has contributed to international projects for the U.S. State Department, focusing on humanitarian analysis, and has supported World Bank initiatives utilizing GIS and network analysis. He holds an M.S. in geoinformatics and geospatial intelligence. His expertise bridges advanced spatial technologies and strategic decision-making, aiding in global energy infrastructure planning and sustainable development initiatives.
