About

Sarah Wahbah is a Senior Associate in KAPSARC’s advisory team, contributing to key climate and sustainability projects in the fields of carbon markets and CCUS. Previously, she supported the establishment and operations of the Public Investment Fund’s (PIF) Regional Voluntary Carbon Market Company (VCM), in addition to contributing to business development and the organization of key events, including the second carbon credit auction in Kenya and the Global South Carbon Markets Conference during the seventh edition of the Future Investment Initiative. During her time at McKinsey & Company, Sarah worked on projects spanning national strategies, organizational development, and cost optimization across the GCC. She has collaborated with diverse stakeholders across the public and private sectors, emphasizing practical solutions and innovative approaches. Sarah holds a double major in Political Studies and Public Administration Management, with a minor in Public Policy, Transitional Justice, and Non-Profit Sector Management from the American University of Beirut, where she cultivated a passion for policy and sustainable development.
