Since January 2026, Saudi Aramco has introduced its 98-octane gasoline, initially available in Riyadh, Jeddah, and Dammam (Saudi Aramco 2026). The launch was accompanied by an informative media campaign that explained that the new fuel is designed to meet the needs of luxury sports cars and high-performance engines that require a higher-octane rating. The Kingdom also offers Gasoline 91 (91 Research Octane Number (RON))1 and Gasoline 95 (95 RON).
