Alaa Alarfaj is a Climate Solutions Associate in the Solution Productization (S&P) program leading climate solutions (data, models, and simulators). Experienced in web scraping, interpreting and analyzing climate data, and data visualization, she focuses on climate, emissions, circular carbon economy technologies, green finance data analytics, and developed climate and sustainability simulators such as the Circular Carbon Economy Index web portal. Prior to joining KAPSARC, she worked as a data specialist and software development analyst for 10 years at King Abdullah International Medical Research Center. Alaa holds an M.Sc. in Computer Science and B.Sc. in Information Technology from King Saud University. She is a certified Project Management Professional.
