Job Description

The HR Analyst serves within various HR functions including payroll, compensation, new hire onboarding, employee relations, training & development, and HR administration. They assure that KAPSARC policies and processes are properly interpreted, clearly understood, and equitably administered in terms of both the organization and employee interests.

Required qualifications

  • A degree in human resources, business, or related field.
  • Proficient in MS Office and comfortable learning new technical systems as needed; knowledge of HRMS is a plus.
  • Understanding of Saudi Labor Law and disciplinary procedures preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness.
  • Excellent command of the English language (spoken/written).
  • Excellent command of the Arabic language (spoken/written).


  • Possess knowledge of HR core functions and strategies.
  • Ability to work harmoniously with people of different nationalities and temperaments.
  • Demonstrate maturity and sound judgment, particularly in a high stress environment.
  • Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies.
  • Willingness to learn and ability to adapt.
  • Must possess strong organizational/time management skills.
  • Assist in administering benefits, compensation, and employee performance appraisals.
  • Assist in developing and executing personnel procedures and policies, providing guidance and interpretation for business operations.
  • Participate in development of HR objectives and systems, including metrics, queries, and standard reports for ongoing business requirements.
  • Provide professional advice and assistance to employees on a variety of matters relating to HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Involvement in all or any combination of human resources administration, compensation, benefits, grievances as well as other functions in sensitive areas requiring sound judgment and confidentiality.
  • Provide professional advice and guidance in compensation matters concerning staffing/salary placement, while ensuring internal and external equity is achieved for professional, administrative, support staffing and other groups.
  • Suggest new procedures/guidelines to continually improve efficiency of the HR department and organization, and to improve employee experience.
  • Manage and maintain HR Policies and Procedures, liaising with the HR Director as needed.
  • Assist in formulating organization structure development that includes manpower planning, taking part in the process of developing proposals and final execution of approved plans.
  • Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements.
  • Assist the HR team with HR operations matters.
  • Other duties within the scope, spirit, and purpose of the job, as needed by the department or requested by management.
