About

Aljawhara Alquayid is a Lead in the Climate and Sustainability program at KAPSARC, focusing on public policy, development, and sustainability. She works on research and advisory projects with energy and public sector stakeholders in Saudi Arabia, providing evidence-based analysis on energy and climate policy, GHG crediting, carbon markets, and climate finance. Aljawhara contributed to Saudi Arabia’s G20 by leading taskforce effort within the Think20 (T20). She holds a master’s in Policy Management from Georgetown University, a Bachelor of Business Administration from Alfaisal University, and the Public Leadership Credential from Harvard Kennedy School.
