About
Akin Cilekoglu is a Postdoctoral Researcher in the Climate and Sustainability Program at KAPSARC. Using micro-level datasets, his research focuses on firm-level analysis, primarily in climate change and energy-related topics. He holds a Ph.D. in economics from the University of Barcelona, an M.Sc. in economics from the Catholic University of Milan, and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Dokuz Eylul University in Izmir. Previously, he worked as a climate policy consultant and as a lecturer at Istanbul Bilgi University.
