The Graduate Development Program is a 12-month program designed to provide recent graduates with practical experience and professional exposure across diverse career paths. Participants will work in a collaborative environment, contribute to real projects, and develop capabilities that support their long-term career growth.

Participants in the Consulting Track will have the opportunity to contribute to impactful advisory projects in the energy sector, while developing essential career skills such as structured problem-solving, analytical thinking, consulting and advisory capabilities, effective communication, and teamwork.

- IELTS 6.5 (Academic)
- TOEFL IBT: 79 and above
- Recent graduate from the classes of 2025 or 2026.
- An equivalency certificate from the Ministry of Education for degrees obtained abroad.
- Less than one year of work experience.
- If the graduation certificate is unavailable, a graduation statement must be provided.
- Must be available to join a full-time, one-year graduate training contract.
