About
Jitendra Roychoudhury is a Principal Fellow in KAPSARC’s Utilities and Renewables Program, dedicated to global and regional energy markets, policies, and their geopolitical implications. Before joining KAPSARC, he served as Director and Chief Consultant at HDR Salva, India, advising on commodity market entry strategies. With extensive experience in India’s energy and infrastructure sectors, he has authored several studies on coal policies in India, Indonesia, and China. Jitendra holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Pune and a post-graduate diploma in business management from Welingkar’s Institute of Management, Mumbai.
