About
Andres Felipe Guzman is a Senior Fellow in the Transportation and Infrastructure Program at KAPSARC with more than 22 years of expertise in transportation systems. His research focuses on transportation demand planning, the macroeconomic impacts of transport policies, and sustainable transport systems. Before joining KAPSARC, he was an associate professor and consultant in Colombia and a researcher at the Transportation Research Center in Madrid. He holds a Ph.D. in civil engineering systems and an M.Sc. in transport infrastructure systems. His work integrates transport modeling, energy assessments, and sustainable mobility strategies.
