About
Michael Samsu Koroma is a Lead in the Transportation and Infrastructure Team at KAPSARC, focused on the life cycle sustainability assessment of transport and energy systems. With expertise in low-carbon fuels and energy pathways, his research focuses on alternative powertrain systems and circularity principles. Previously, he contributed to Horizon 2020 transport research projects at KTH Royal Institute of Technology and Vrije Universiteit Brussel. He holds a Ph.D. in engineering sciences from VUB and specializes in sustainable mobility, just transitions, and integrating low-carbon solutions into energy and transport systems.
